Accessing the Care Screen
You can easily access the Care screen from the bottom navigation bar. Once tapped, you'll be directed to an interface showcasing your visits.
Understanding the Visits
1. Active Visits
- Positioned at the top, active visits provide real-time insights into your ongoing healthcare consultations.
- Each card in this section provides comprehensive information about the visit. It specifies the type of visit, whether "General," "Symptoms Check," or "Follow-up." Alongside the initiation date, the card also offers details about the clinician and their affiliated practice. Additionally, if there are any lab orders or prescriptions associated with the visit, they will be displayed on the card.
- To delve deeper into the ongoing consultation, simply tap on the desired active visit, and you'll be directed to the visit chat screen.
2. Past Visits
- As the name suggests, this section catalogs all the visits that have concluded.
- A visit transitions from active to past once it's closed by your clinician.
- To inquire further or continue a conversation from a past visit, initiate a follow-up visit.
Initiating a New Visit
Want to start a fresh consultation? Just tap on the "New Visit" floating button, located at the bottom right of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions, and you'll be set up in no time.
Can't Find Your Visit?
In the unlikely event that a visit doesn't appear under "Active" or "Past Visits," don't fret. Simply tap on "Load more" under the respective list, and it should fetch additional records for you.
