When you need to continue a conversation or pose a new question regarding a past visit, creating a follow-up is simple and seamless. Here's how to go about it:
1. Locating the Past Visit
- Start by navigating to the Care screen using the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Past Visits section and locate the visit you wish to follow up on. Press on the relevant card to open it.
- In case you can't locate the desired visit immediately, don't worry. Just tap on the Load more option below the list, and the system will retrieve more past visit records for you.
2. Initiating a Follow-up
- Once inside the visit chat screen for the selected past visit, look towards the bottom of the screen. You'll find an action link labeled Start a follow-up chat.
- Tapping this link will initiate a new visit and open a new chat screen for you.
3. Associating the Follow-up
- It's essential to note that this new visit will be intrinsically linked to the original past visit. This ensures that the clinician has all the necessary context and background information, promoting continuity of care.
Remember, creating a follow-up visit keeps the conversation flowing and ensures that your healthcare journey is coherent and informed. Always feel empowered to seek clarity or extend discussions with your clinician whenever necessary.
