Keeping your patient portal up-to-date is crucial for accurate healthcare management. While SigmaMD automatically fetches data from connected patient portals every two weeks, you might occasionally want to manually check for updates. Here's how you can do it:
1. Access the Profile Screen: Tap on the 'Profile' option located in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Navigate to Connected Portals: Within the Profile screen, look for the 'Connected Patient Portals' option and tap on it.
3. Request Data Refresh: In the subsequent screen, you'll see an option labeled 'Check for Updates'. Tap on this to manually request a refresh of your patient data.
Note: If the 'Check for Updates' option isn't visible, it likely means that the connection to the patient portal has expired. In such cases, you'll need to reconnect your patient portal account.
