Procedure to Reset Your Password
Initiate Password Reset
- From the Sign In screen, tap ‘Forgot Password’.
Verify Identity
- Enter the phone number associated with your account.
- Check the email linked to your account for a verification code.
Create a New Password
- Return to the app, input the verification code, and set up a new password. This must be a unique combination, with at least 8 characters, one letter, one number, and one special character.
Important Points
- Your new password must be unique, and you cannot reuse previous passwords.
- Once reset, sign in with the new password from the Sign In screen.
- Keep your password secure and confidential to maintain account safety.
